Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 7–9 business days, unless otherwise specified in the product description.

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

Orders of $200 or more ship free within the United States. Domestic orders under $200 ship for a flat $12.

Woodgrain Golf partners with various shipping carriers for destinations outside the United States. Those shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the method you choose.

Delivery Address

We will make every effort to accommodate changes to delivery addresses after an order has been placed; however, we cannot guarantee that modifications will be possible. Our customer service team typically responds within 48–72 business hours (excluding weekends).

Tracking Your Order

Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website using the provided details.
